Ever notice how much different God looks AFTER you read what the Bible has to say about him?

Based on what verses from the Bible though?
The example of the…ah..we’ll call him a “SuperSanta”… reinforces the reason you should read the Bible for yourself. It’s safe to say that much of what you will hear regarding the Word of God will be twisted and almost always subjective, so it’s safe to say that you might think he is a Superman who brings presents had you never read the Bible.
The second image simply needs some scripture to substantiate it in order to understand where it’s coming from.
God Bless.
Actually, He’s very versed on the scriptures. Why, to christians does reading the bible mean you can’t question it. How are we supposed to understand it? And how do we understand it in context unless we understand the culture in which it was written? Is God giving us a cultural experience that will help us understand? So he gives us brains that cant understand it and expects us not to question it?
LOL, typical Christian response! Oh noes! The bible doesn’t say my God is a monster! You liar!
Of course there’s nothing in the whole bible about bashing in babies’ heads, taking virgin girls for yourself after committing genocide, slavery, selling your child into slavery, sacrificing children for things you want, eternal torture, inhumane execution…
Silly Christian. You worship a monster and you don’t even know it. Or do and choose to ignore it.
Silly Christians are silly.
